A simply stunning Instagram-famous Edwardian home has been put on the market for £1,275,000.
The six-bedroom property, situated on Elmete Avenue, in Roundhay, has the most incredible eye-catching interiors – so it’s no wonder it’s gained Instagram fame.
Mum-of-four and self-confessed “accidental Instagrammer”, Katie Woods has amassed 236,000 followers on the social media site after she begun documenting the renovations of the 4000.00 sq ft home on her page named Come Down To The Woods.

Katie and her partner Chris have exquisitely decorated each room in the dream home with the perfect blend of modern and original features – and splashes of colour in every corner.
On her popular Instagram page, Katie gives fans a glimpse of every inch of her home from her dark blue bathroom featuring a pink bath tub to the stunning open plan kitchen area and the living room that’s adorned with pictures, plants and a fireplace.
But it seems, the couple are ready to let go of the incredible home as it was recently put up for sale with estate agents Monroe.
Katie recently announced that she was selling her home in an Instagram post, in which she said it had been a “joy and privilege” to work on and live in the home.
She wrote: “The secret’s out. We’ve put our house on the market.
“I wasn’t going to mention it here but I’ve had eleventy hundred messages telling me I’ve put my house on the market since it went live so it doesn’t make any sense to ignore it here.
“We adore this house, it’s got a little piece of my heart in it and it’s been an absolute joy and privilege to work on it and live here.
“Obviously loads of you are asking where we are going, what we are doing. I LOVE sharing with you, I really do but I just can’t risk jinxing anything by talking about it.
“House buying and selling can be so very hard, so trying desperately not to get too excited but if you’ve been there, you’ll know that’s impossible.”
For those lucky enough to purchase the property, they will benefit from an abundance of special features.
Estate agents Monroe said the home had “one of the most impressive” front entrances they’d ever seen, which leads into a grand hallway with an original fireplace.
On the property advert, the estate agents said the home has a spacious living area with a wood burning stove, and views of the front garden.
There is also a playroom, and an open plan kitchen and dining area which comes complete with a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry – as well as amazing floor to ceiling glass sliding panels that lead onto the sprawling back garden.
The estate agents said there is also a garage, utility room and downstairs bathroom on the ground floor – as well as a study which can be accessed by a secret bookcase door, which Katie and Chris designed themselves.
There are six bedrooms in the home with a master bedroom that has its own ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
The outside space has a large patio, perfect for entertaining guests or hosting barbeques.
Not only is the colourful house incredibly decorated it also sits in a prime location.
Situated in close proximity to the A58, means travel links are excellent.
But it’s also a stone throw away from Roundhay Park and near to the restaurant, bars and shops on Oakwood parade.
The estate agents said it was a “unique opportunity” to buy the amazing family home.
Although, the couple will be saying goodbye to their stunning home in Leeds, they have recently taken on a new renovation project.
The new project, which they’ve called ‘The Smurf House’, is a 200 year old blue-coloured house in Devon.
