Hello and welcome to live coverage of Leeds United’s Under-23s as they face Wigan Athletic’ Under-23s in the Premier League Cup.
Mark Jackson is expected to name a much-changed XI for tonight’s clash, with the bulk of his usual side away on international duty, ruling out the likes of Sam Greenwood and Joe Gelhardt.
Instead, it will be an opportunity for members of the Under-18s to impress away from the regular Premier League 2 Division 1 action and continue their progression through the academy set-up.
The match will be played at York City’s LNER Community Stadium, with kick-off at 7pm.
