The amazing images and video captured the moment thousands of revellers enjoyed the first full day of Leeds festival
Incredible drone footages has captured amazing images of the crowds as they return to Braham Park for the first full day of Leeds Festival 2021.
With the much-loved event having to take a year off in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic, it’s been brilliant to see revellers return to the infamous Leeds Festival.
Amazing footage taken on the first full day of the music extravaganza – which will see Liam Gallagher, Stormzy, Post Malone, Biffy Clyro, Catfish and The Bottlemen and Disclosure headline – has captured the moment many festival goers flocked to the main arena.
Just outside the main area, thousands of multi-coloured tents can be seen pitched up side by side, where some festival-goers have been staying since Wednesday evening (August 25).
The six impressive stages can also be seen scattered around the sprawling green field – which over the weekend will see some of the biggest names in music take to the stage.
Swarms of people can be seen making their way from the vast campsite through to the main arena where there is also a selection of rides, as well as food and drink stalls.
The drone then zooms in on the main West stage – that is hard to miss thanks to its bright yellow and red branding.
Already, huge crowds can be seen gathering at the stage, where they will be able to see the likes of Neck Deep, Arizona Zervas, Blossoms and Yungblud perform.
As well as a packed out campsite, and arena there is also a packed out carpark at this years event – hundreds of cars can be seen parked neatly in seemingly never-ending rows.
The footage also captures the stunning Yorkshire scenery that surrounds this year’s event.
