Amber Heard is still recovering from a recent hip injury she sustained while training for the New York City Marathon.
The “Aquaman” star held a black cane in her right hand during a playground outing with her daughter and her sister in Madrid, Spain, on Sunday.
She was snapped stopping several times to pick up her 2-year-old daughter, Oonagh, or hold her hand while she walked on her own.
Heard’s sister, Whitney Henriquez, joined Heard with her own daughter and son as they spent the day at a local playground.
It appeared that Heard was mainly using the crutch as a safety net, since she was still able to hold her daughter’s hand while also helping to push a stroller with her niece sitting inside. At one point, she also crouched down and barely held onto it.
Heard, 37, looked casual but chic in a black tank top, straight leg beige jeans and Chloé woody layered logo slide sandals.
The mom of one accessorized her look with gold layered necklaces, gold hoop earrings, a thick brown belt and black Ray-Ban sunglasses. She put her hair up in a loose messy bun.
Despite having to occasionally lean on the crutch, Heard appeared in good spirits and was seen smiling and chatting with her little one, who wore a bright yellow dress.
Meanwhile, Henriquez also kept it simple in a short-sleeve black knit midi dress and black boots.
The “Rum Diary” actress was first spotted holding two crutches last month in exclusive photos obtained by Page Six.
In the photos, Heard leaned on both of the black crutches while also sporting a beige cast over her left forearm, wrist and fingers.
She told paparazzi at the time that she was using the crutches because of a hip injury she sustained from training for the annual New York City Marathon, which takes place the first Sunday of November.
The actress has been living in Spain since September 2022, just three months after she lost a tumultuous legal battle against her ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Despite the move abroad, Heard has found herself in the news once again after her other ex, Elon Musk, tweeted a photo of Heard dressed in cosplay as the character Mercy from “Overwatch.”
A source later slammed Musk and told Page Six that Heard “did not give permission to Elon to use the photo,” since it was intended to stay “private.”
The Tesla co-founder shared the snap after author Walter Isaacson wrote in his biography of Musk that Heard dressed up as the animated character after he told her she looked like her.
“She spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him,” the journalist wrote in “Elon Musk.”
Musk tweeted the photo in response, which has since been deleted, and added in the caption, “She did dress up as Mercy. It was awesome.”
