In the throwback shot, the Prince of Wales, now 41, stood behind his bride with his hand on her waist as she clutched a bouquet.

Middleton, now 42, wore an Alexander McQueen gown as she walked down the aisle at Westminster Abbey in London.

The Princess of Wales has since given birth to three children: Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 6.

She is currently undergoing chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer.

The disease was discovered when Middleton underwent abdominal surgery in January, but she waited until March to update the public.

“William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family,” she explained in her announcement last month. “It has taken us time to explain everything … in a way that is appropriate for them.”

The disclosure came amid rampant speculation about Middleton’s well-being after she stepped back from the spotlight in January and released a Photoshopped picture on Mother’s Day two months later.
